Business continuity, much like information security, does not exist in a vacuum. It must be embedded in the organisation at all levels.

A positive and well established business continuity culture will provide the organisation with a much more effective capability.

Development of the BCM culture should follow from a clear commitment from senior management and incorporate leadership, awareness programmes and specific skills training.

In some cases with a BCM implemented can reduce price insurance (expecialy for Banks)
