A recent article in Strategic Risk caught our eye, highlighting an innovative method of quickly and simply quantifying and displaying risk on a single sheet of paper.
Given the many complex methods of risk analysis available to practitioners we thought this one was very elegant and well worth a look. The familiar multi staged loop process is there but it differs in that it summarises risk onto a single sheet of paper with colour coded sections to aid understanding.
